Each provider is contractually bound to use information only as necessary to perform services for us and in accordance with applicable law. A current list of our specific sub-processors is available to active customers upon written request to support@crmleados.com.
We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to (a) comply with a subpoena, court order, regulatory request, or other legal process; (b) enforce our Terms of Service; (c) protect the rights, property, or safety of Lead OS, our customers, or others; or (d) investigate suspected fraud or violation of law.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality obligations.
We may share information for any other purpose disclosed to you and with your consent.
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
