Yes. Lead OS is powered by Go High Level — one of the most robust CRM platforms available — but white-labeled and configured specifically for your industry. You get all the power of GHL with none of the learning curve of setting it up yourself.
No. Lead OS is built for business operators, not software engineers. The campaigns, automations, and AI are pre-configured and ready to run. Our onboarding team walks you through the entire setup so you're making calls and running sequences within your first week.
Lead OS works with any lead source — cold lists from skip tracers, Google/Facebook PPC leads, direct mail responders, REInbox cold email leads, organic inbound, and more. If a lead has a phone number or email, Lead OS can work it.
AI Voice (inbound) is part of the AI suite, which is included in all plans. Book a demo and we'll confirm exactly which features are active at each tier based on your business needs.
Pricing & Plans
No. All Lead OS plans include unlimited users. Add your entire acquisitions team, disposition team, and VAs without paying a dollar more in seat fees. Your one subscription covers everyone.
Usage is billed at cost with no markup: outgoing calls at $0.021/min, incoming calls at $0.0128/min, text messages at $0.0124/segment, and emails at $0.001 each. A full day of power dialing (300 calls) would cost around $6–8 in usage — less than a coffee.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. We'll work with you directly to make sure the transition is smooth and your data stays intact. Talk to us during your demo and we'll recommend the best starting point for your business size.
We don't offer a self-serve trial because Lead OS is configured specifically to your operation — generic software demos don't show you what it actually looks like in your business. Instead, book a free 30-minute demo and we'll map Lead OS to your exact workflow live on the call.
Onboarding & Support
Most clients are fully set up and running their first campaign within 5–7 business days. Our onboarding team handles the technical setup, loads your automations, and trains your team so you hit the ground running.
Starter plans include 10 hours/week of support Monday–Friday. Growth plans get priority support access. Operator plans include a dedicated account manager and 24/7 support. We're not a software company that disappears after you pay — we're operators ourselves and we stay in the trenches with you.
Yes. We've migrated clients from REI Blackbook, Podio, Salesforce, and even spreadsheets. Our team handles the data transfer and rebuilds your existing workflows inside Lead OS. You won't lose your history or your pipeline.
The Ecosystem
Lead OS includes access to a community of 100+ active business operators. Growth and Operator plan members connect with other operators sharing strategies, workflows, and support. It's included at no extra cost.
Absolutely. Lead OS works with any lead source — Google Ads, Facebook, cold email, referrals, or third-party lead providers. Leads flow directly into the CRM where the AI takes over — qualifying, following up, and routing. We also offer lead generation partnerships for clients who want a fully integrated solution.
Yes. Lead OS is a standalone CRM that works on its own. We also offer complementary services like lead generation and coaching, but none are required. Many clients start with Lead OS and add services as they scale.
Yes. Lead OS is built on Go High Level and works for service businesses. We have industry-specific configurations for real estate wholesaling and more coming soon.
